Hi Mariko,
so glad to hear that mirepoix made your life in the kitchen much easier and fun! You can even make soup, curries, fried rice, ravioli (use wonton skin for convenience), mix with cream cheese for bagle etc with it. Keep up a good work, and let me know of your experiments. Hey, maybe you can invite us over for a dinner...

Thank you so much for introducing us Mirepoix! All of the sudden, preparing for dinner on tired week nights gets much easier and I'm enjoying cooking very much these days. I've made Stuffed Cabbage, Stuffed Vegi, and Chili so far.

I just wanted to drop a line to send you a BIG THANK YOU!
